Dining Artfully was the largest event our volunteer group has ever hosted. By partnering with Rose Hill Orchard, we transformed a cozy gathering into a grand affair for 120 guests, elevating the experience beyond the gallery’s walls. This special evening for Lake Country Art Gallery was a celebration of creativity and community—and it sold out completely!
I had the opportunity to work on the event’s visual identity, including the marketing materials, writing copy, and overall design. Despite challenges with catering, seating, and weather, the event exceeded all expectations. I'm grateful to have been part of such a memorable dining experience.
Designed for legibility and accessibility, the flyers are 4.25" x 5.5", allowing for four per letter-sized sheet for efficient production and distribution. To ensure clarity, I created both colour and a greyscale version, guaranteeing readability even without a colour printer.
The poster was the first ad designed for the event. With limited details, I went with vibrant, eye-catching paint stroke concept that could adapt to any theme. The design is simple for quick edits, and the event name the focal point for all advertising.

"Fantastic event last night ladies!
Everyone was connected and loved it. There was a very nice
flow to it all. You didn’t let the rain get your frazzled. I hope you get a rest to recover from all your hard work.
Take care,
